  • Barez Community subscription

3. Registration & Account

When creating an account on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is required upfront via the available payment methods on the Platform
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time with prior notice to subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is prohibited, including:

  • Reselling or distributing paid content
  • Using tools through automated means or bots
  • Impersonating another person
  • Providing false information when requesting services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and designs on the Platform are protected by intellectual property rights. The CV written for you becomes fully yours after final delivery and payment.

7. Cancellation & Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date
  • Upon cancellation, the service continues until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are issued for past subscription periods

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform provides tools and advice to improve your CV and employment chances, but does not guarantee employment. AI tool results are advisory and not final.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of any material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction shall be with the competent courts in the Kingdom.
