Subscriptions Policy

Some Barez services are recurring subscriptions (CV Review, ATS Optimize, Barez Community). This page explains how automatic charges work, when you can cancel, and when you're entitled to a refund.

1. Automatic renewal

  • When you subscribe, you authorize Barez to charge your card automatically for the same amount each cycle (monthly or yearly depending on the plan).
  • The charge happens on the "Next renewal" date shown on the My subscriptionspage.
  • The price you subscribed at stays fixed unless we notify you of a change at least 30 days before renewal.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard — one click, no need to contact anyone.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep using the service until the end of the current paid period.
  • You can reactivate the subscription during the paid period using the same button (before the period ends).

3. Refunds

  • Recurring subscriptions are not partially refundable — cancelling mid-month does not refund a portion of the amount.
  • If your card was charged by mistake (e.g., a duplicate charge or one after a confirmed cancellation), contact us within 7 days and we'll refund the full amount.
  • If your account is frozen due to an issue on our end (lasting more than 48 hours), you're entitled to a full refund for that period.

4. Failed charges

  • If the automatic charge fails (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), we retry within 3 days.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the subscription enters "past due" and access is suspended until you update your payment method.
  • After 14 days past due, the subscription is automatically cancelled.

5. Plan changes

Upgrading or downgrading to another plan happens from the pricing page. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated difference; downgrades apply at the start of the next period.

6. Contact us

Any question about your subscription or a refund request, reach us via the contact form or WhatsApp — we reply within 24 hours.
