- Once the order is confirmed and paid, it is considered final and non-refundable
- Two free revisions are provided within 3 days of final CV delivery
- If delivery exceeds the 3–5 business day timeframe, the client is entitled to a full refund

- Once paid, the order is considered final and non-refundable
- The client is entitled to a full refund only if the career coach fails to attend the session

- Golden Guarantee: Didn't get hired? We'll refund your full payment with no conditions, up to one year from purchase
- Delivered instantly on the platform after purchase. Refund available with no conditions for up to one year.
5. Tools & Community Subscriptions
- Once paid, the subscription is considered final and non-refundable
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for the paid amount
- The service continues until the end of the paid subscription period
6. Tools (CV Review & Optimization)
- The first use is free and is not subject to the refund policy
- Additional uses require a paid subscription and follow the same tools subscription policy (non-refundable after payment)
7. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a refund request via our Contact page and select "Refund Request"
- Include your order number and reason for the refund
- We will respond within 3 business days
- Refund processing within 7 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
